THE CHALLENGE

In terms of trendy foods, the avocado is deemed one of the trendiest. 82717 Life Magazine decided to capitalize on this trend with Avocado 2.0 for their health issue. The idea was to find the most read-worthy recipes for avocados and then try them out ourselves and bring the 82717 audience along for the ride through some avocado heavy photography.

THE APPROACH

Scouring the internet for the best avocado recipes in terms of taste, look and an easy prep process the magazine team decided on a Kardashian recipe of avocado pudding. As our recomendations go, this one wouldn’t top our list for our favorite foods after whipping it up in our very own kitchen. But for some fantastic food photography, I would say this is a must try! The color pallette is beautiful and fresh, making it almost impossible to not get a good photo.
